Refund policy

At Drew Watson Wax & Wicks, each candle is hand-poured with care.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drewwatsonwaxwicks.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Approved issues may receive a replacement or store credit.

Please allow natural variations in wax appearance, frosting, or minor cosmetic differences as part of handmade soy candles.
